How does payment work for doctors?

You set your own consultation fees, and patients pay online in advance. So there is no financial risk for you.

All payments run through the platform, which you set up yourself under Payment settings. You can receive payments via Stripe Connect or PayPal: request an account, enter your details, and link it to start receiving payments. Verification can take up to 24 hours to complete.

For video bookings, the patient is charged at the moment they enter the waiting room, rather than at the time of booking. This keeps the process simple and avoids complicated cancellation and refund handling.

A platform fee applies to each paid consultation: 8.5% for consultations of €50 or more, and 9.5% for consultations under €50.

Patients always receive an invoice, which they may be able to submit to their health insurer. You can download all sent invoices from the platform at any time.
