You need an account to book regular video appointments. However, you can book a one-time appointment without an account (some doctors offer walk-in video appointments. During business hours, you can sign in and wait in the virtual waiting room until the doctor is ready to begin your video appointment).
Search for your preferred doctor and click the button for the video consultation. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one.
Check the doctor’s calendar for availability and select a time slot that works for you.
The booking form will now be pre-filled with your personal information. Please review it before submitting your booking.
