The easiest way to start is with the AI check. Your details are then ready for the dermatologist, and you’ll see a suggestion for the specialist who best matches your complaint. Prefer to choose yourself? You can pick a dermatologist directly.

Once you’ve chosen your dermatologist, select a date and time and confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a personal link to change your appointment and to pay for your consultation. The price of the consultation is set by the dermatologist.

The consultation takes place through Webcamconsult, a secure platform. You don’t need to install any software: it works directly in all commonly used browsers on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Before your appointment, you’ll receive an email with a personal link to your online waiting room. Open this link to test your internet connection, microphone, and camera. When the dermatologist is ready, they’ll invite you into the consultation room.

Unlike email advice, a video consultation allows the dermatologist to start a treatment if your complaint calls for it.
