I have a video consultation, what’s next?

Once you’ve booked, here’s what to expect:

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a personal link to your online waiting room, along with a link to pay for your consultation. Payment is needed to confirm your appointment, as the dermatologist reserves this time especially for you.
2. If you started with the AI check, your details are already shared with the dermatologist. You can still add information or upload photos through the link in your email before the appointment.
3. You’ll receive reminders before your appointment, so it doesn’t slip your mind.
4. Five to ten minutes before your appointment, click the link to test your camera, microphone, and internet connection. The dermatologist is notified that you’re online and will start the consultation when ready.

Please note that the dermatologist may be delayed by an emergency. If that happens, you’ll be notified. Questions during the process? You can ask them through the chat function.
